I take 2 before I go to work out and one after I work out. My post-workout muscle recovery is painless. I'm loving it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so my boyfriend tried this as he's always in the gym, however he's never liked the BCAA powders but when i showed him that it was supplements he was very eager to try them! so far he loves them, no smell or taste, packing is nice, there is 120 tablets so it'll last him a while. good product for the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These did not have a strong or offensive taste. They were not too large and went down easily with water. They were not heavy on the stomach. I think this product is a great value for the money. I didn't recognize the majority of the ingredients so I'm not sure about the safety and health aspect of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these before my workouts and weight training and they were really effective for preventing soreness. I didn't have one cramp or Charlie horse, and felt great. The only thing I would critique is the size of the pill. It's recommended that you take three but I would only take two as they are so big and clunky, that's all I couldn't manage. I don't know if the size affects the formula but other than that I liked them and will continue to keep them on hand for my fitness journey.

My preference is after for muscle recovery as my workouts are usually not overally intensive. It's packaged well. It comes with a 40 day supply and it's a great value for its money.

I've been adding more strength workouts to my routine, and I will usually feel sore the day after. When I took this supplement, I felt great the next day! The only thing I don't like about these is the pills are huge and hard to swallow! Overall, I think they're great for muscle recovery.

The size of tablets are on the larger sizes. After using this product for about 30 days I do notice I have more energy. I am firming up after working out and using this product. The ingredients seem pretty simple.

Seems effective but the Tablets are large and the dosage is 3. Requires extra water for me to get down.

too big to swallow. Feels like someone is strangling you when swallow these gigantic tablets. Please save yourself from these big tablets!!
