skeptical on supplements for hot flashes as so many did nothing for me, but this one did! after one wee, the night sweats and hot flashes were greatly reduced and by 3rd week, I had none! I have been taking for 2 months now and haven't had a single hot flash in 5 weeks!

I take 2 at night before bedtime. Before taking this product, my hot flashes and nighttime sweating was unbearable. I didn't want to go on HRT so I found this product. It completely eliminates nighttime sweating and keeps my body temperature down. During the daytime I may have a few quick flashes throughout the day but so much better. I would recommend this product. I also eat healthy food which I believe helps too.

Works wonders , most importantly helps with mood. Haven't had any hot flashes. I now get rest and sleep .

As I read at some point, how do you know it is working? Stop taking it and watch symptoms come back, very unpleasant. Onboarding takes a little bit, but skip 2-3 days, and you might wish you hadn't. I keep buying this.

It seems to really help with the horrible hot flashes! As I read from someone else, you know it is helping when you stop taking it and wish you hadn't stopped.

i found it ineffective. was going to return item but was prompted to try for a minimum of 60 days so i purchased another bottle and its ineffective. cant get full refund.

Due to the positive reviews I really wanted this to work. I gave it 6 weeks and still had hot flashes. I could not handle the uncomfortable feeling and went back to my prescription estrogen meds. But others had good luck with this product so you may want to try it.
