If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. Purchased this with the hopes to help with my never-ending, heavy periods without the use of BC and this did the trick! I did have some tummy issues the first few weeks but nothing that was unmanageable and that has now subsided. Great price compared to other brands, definitely a must have.

I've taken other insotol supplements in the past I have pcos. And it took at least 3 months to get my period and about 8 months to get pregnant both times. So I found this one and I haven't been on it two weeks yet and I have already gotten my period. So needless to say I will be ordering more of these.

Got this for my p c o s since it's been a never ending battle since 2016 when I was diagnosed with it, when I was sixteen... i'm twenty five years old now.And just now finding out that these type of supplements would benefit me.So much.. I hope that this helps me. I've only been on it for about a week and I feel pretty good so far.But I will definitely keep buying this. i've been on and off different birth controls on and off metformin, haven't had my period in over a year.I finally got switched to a different birth control that helped me in the past.But i'm pairing it with this, so I literally have my fingers crossed it helps me in every which way. 🙏🫶🏼

After careful research into supplements for PCOS symptoms, I found this formula. It's helped me, but please do your own research.

I really liked that it caused me no discomfort when I would take 4 pills to make 1000mg. I found that I lost weight while on it but I have been told to take 2000mg minimum and cannot use this brand as it says not to go beyond the 4 pills per day on the bottle.

Do not recommend, I had an allergic reaction to this. My lips got swollen and broke out into hives. Took some benadryl and was fine, but stopped taking it immediately.
