It cuts down the number of visits to the bathroom during the night, so that's a good thing. Might take a week or so to kick in, stay with it.,

I'm not taking it for the urination, as a woman I can hold that all night pretty well. This herb also has other uses, so far I have not had any weird side effects. I'll see how things go with it and decide then whether to continue.

My husband has finally been able to sleep thru night. Only exception has been when he has over does it and drinks quite a bit of water before bed, other than that he's very happy with his results.
