The capsules are super easy to swallow and have a nice minty smell, though they don’t really have any taste. I take three of them every morning with my breakfast, and they really help keep my digestive health in check.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and man do I have to say, it definitely helps with my digestion and bowel movements. Taking 3 a day did seem a bit much at first but then I realized after a few days my bowel movements have been more consistent and comfortable.
