It works!
I have been taking this daily for 6 months. I do believe it has helped with my PMS symptoms as it is intended. Also I've noticed my nails are stronger and my hair is growing better. Hair growth was a big issue for me since mine thinned out a bit after a sudden weight loss, so I'm happy to have that as a definite positive improvement.

I've been liking the product..ever since taking them, I feel great in the morning and all day long..also been noticing my skin looks better but haven't taking long enough to see whats going happen when I have my period 🙏 lots of energy too..definitely this product I will continue taking and buying in the future..😊

I'm feeling hopeful! I feel like a lot of times it takes a while to notice that vitamins are working but the period after I started taking these was about half an long as they had been and i didn't have the drastic mood swings and anxiety. I'm hoping it's for real and not just a fluke!

I love it helps with symptoms and my mood. I use along with Vitanica Slow Flo, and Hums Moody Bird during my period.

New favorite supplement
I have seen improvement in my overall mood since taking, decreased pms breast swelling, and decreased water retention! I have purchased 3 times!

Pms supplements help my mood
I started taking these supplements about 3 months ago and I noticed a big improvement in my pms symptoms overall my stress levels lowered, I don't experience cramps as bad to a large extent but mainly it's the mood and stress that I noticed the difference.

Love
I've bought this product twice now and I really enjoy it, it takes a while of consistent use to notice any differences but I feel more mentally stable and like my pre-period cramps are lessened, most importantly I haven't been struggling as much with ovarian cyst pain!!!

Affordable and worth it
Amazing product really helped with cramping, excessive bleeding, and moodiness. I took it a few days leading up to my period and until I finished to make the bottle last.

Worst
It arrived open both plastic seal and seal inside after removing cap was open. Also THERE WAS NO PRODUCT lol smh seriously sent me an EMPTY BOTTLE.
