try this and oat flour together in a recipe. I baked banana bread with the combination and it was delicious !. I could really taste the difference from just regular flour. These flours cost more but they are worth it and much healthier and almond flour especially has way less calories as well.

This flour is worth the buy, especially for diabetics! If you're a diabetic or have any reason to stay away from white flour-this is your safest option. You may need to tweak your wet ingredients for same fullness. Yes-we use this for cakes too!

I've used the most well known for years but once I discovered Nature Eats I switched. This flour produces better results, baking up fluffier and with a less grainy texture. Sold for life! .

Great price for this flour. I would recommend anyone who uses this product to buy it at Walmart. Great for baking keto friendly desserts, bagels and cookies. What a large bag for such a great price.

Was charged 21.xx for this, bag had tag for 14.xx. was sent a clearance bag but charged full price did the text communication. They said they could not find my order. Very disappointed with this . It's good flour

i made cookies from the flour, and it did not taste good. it seemed flour was packed for a long time and close to expiry date, and it lost quality of it.

I have been using this almond flour for a long time and will never purchase again. The 2 bags I purchased in July were both rancid...awful odor. Prior to July, I purchased two bags and the same thing happened. At that time I contacted the Natures Eats Company and they provided a mailing kit to send them back to examine. They kindly replaced the 8 pounds of flour with 4 two pound bags which were fine and not stale. However, I found out today from that company that they STILL are working on this concern. So I cannot trust that the next bag I buy won't be rancid. So will NOT recommend and will find another brand of almond flour to try.
