I ve taken several ashwagandha products trying to find the right one and this is it. It has 3000 ml and 1 great tasting gummy does the trick of 2 or 3 pod the. Competition. I've had great success with Oshawa Gonda as a sleep aid, where I do not wake up, feeling groggy as I have so much with melatonin. I will keep buying this product forever.! Great price also!

Just started it
I just recently started the vitamin. Haven't noticed a difference yet. It did cause me to feel sleepy so I have been taking this at bedtime.

works well but the taste could be better. I didn't realize it had sugar in it either because I wouldn't have ordered it since I am diabetic
