I found this to be the only brand of magnesium reviewed and verified by USP (US Pharmacology). Also it is Third-Party Tested and manufactured in a GMP-Certified facility. That means it has the ingredients shown on the label to actually be in the capsule. All the other brands may or may not have what it says on the label because supplements are not regulated by the FDA. This says to me that the product is 100% guaranteed to be correct. I don't know why they don't emphasize this more on their label.
Great dosage and consistent impact with recommended use (I take half a dose twice a day) however careful where you buy it from because the last time mine did not arrive and I had to file for a refund
I learned the hard way that not all supplements are alike.
Great value! Easy to swallow!
Like these but I am still using the bottle I got before. Will let you know after I have taken these first a while.
The brand that was sent to me was a different brand and company. They are jel-caps which I guess is fine. The dosage and quantity are the same. Can't give 5 stars for that reason.
The capsules are so big, and you have to take too many of them. My only complaint.
These Magnesium Glycinate capsules are huge They are flimsy and fine powder seeps out at the seams. You have to take four of these ginormous capsules in order to meet dosage requirements. This is ridiculous. I have to look for a different brand with smaller pills that I don't have to take four of in a single dose
I think it's very misleading labeling to present these as 400 mg, when in fact you need 4 capsules to reach that amount. They are 100 mg caps and consumers should be able to readily see that when comparing items -not going from capsule size to "per serving" amounts. Serving amounts is a suggestion not a measurable weight. On this alone, I will not purchase these again.
I returned it, it gave me diarrhea
