Nature's Path Organic Breakfast Cereal, Smart Bran, 10.6oz Box

I had tried everything for months to relieve my constipation: prunes, metamucil, expensive probiotics, fiber supplements, numerous whole grains and nothing worked. This cereal has been a Godsend. I go everyday that I eat it. It tastes great, easy on the teeth, and on top of 17 grams of wholesome fiber, it's ORGANIC! You can't beat it and I am SO GRATEFUL!!!!

Good cereal for extra fiber in your diet.

I began using it to help with a severe intestinal condition because of its high fiber content, and it really helped to improve my health astonishingly well. Even after my condition was under control, I stuck with Smart Bran because it tastes great and keeps me feeling well and healthy. I even take it me on vacations! Thank you, and please don't ever discontinue this wonderful cereal!

This cereal mixes in with yogurt, cottage cheese, and any type of milk. I even add it to my oatmeal. My fiber numbers have definitely improved with Nature's Path Smart Bran

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cereal used to be amazing, I ate it every morning for over 4 years and it completely solved my daily bathroom issues. Unfortunately, the new formula is terrible. It has a worse texture and flavor, akin to other "bran" cereals. The flavor and smell is like barn animal feed now, it is so off putting. The texture is so mushy now and NOT crunchy anymore. The worst part is that it doesn't help my stomach issues the way the old formula did, so now I'm back to square one. Very upsetting as a loyal customer who used to buy 10-12 boxes at a time. I spent a long time and tested a lot of fiber products trying to find something that would get me my life back. Back to the drawing board I guess. Extremely disappointed.
