I really like buying these because they are 20 mg. They are scored and very easy to break with just your fingers or to cut in half. They are very well priced. So when you calculate price and quantity, this is an awesome purchase. This bottle comes with 180 doses, which can easily be 360 doses and you could potentially buy only one bottle of melatonin for the entire year. Now that right there is mind blowing. 🤯

Melatonin helps some people sleep better. I have been using this for a year now but at a lower dose. This 20mg helps me sleep a lot better now. The lower dose wasnt helping much after using it for a year. Its easy to swallow with eater right before bed.

Amazingly the melatonin works very well. I have used it two nights a row. Each time I have fallen asleep within 30 min of taking the pill. I only take one pill with no water and I don’t chew it. The pill has somewhat of a slight burning sensation that doesn’t last long. . Not really sure what that’s about but it is noticeable when I use it. I sleep through the night without waking until the next morning. I don’t feel groggy and lethargic once i have awakened for the day. I feel refreshed and well rested throughout the day.

I'm trying Melatonin to sleep better and I'm so glad I found it! As I get older, I've noticed that I don't sleep as soundly. It's a good alternative to drug based sleep aides and it helps me get a goods nights rest when I use it. Sometimes I feel stressed out when it's time to go to bed and this really helps.

These Nature’s Perfect Night Melatonin dissolving tablets in berry flavor work pretty good. I have had to take melatonin before, and this is the method that I prefer. The tablets dissolve pretty quickly, and they start to work sooner than if it was a pill to be swallowed, or a gummy to eat. They kept me asleep most of the night. The only thing that bothered me was that they were kind of grainy as they were dissolving. I was told that is expected though. The taste is good.

I normally get the 10 mg and a different brand and they would have the grape but all I can find was this mixed berry and strawberry for some reason the strawberry tastes nasty and the grape always has this nice cooling effect the mixed berries in between cooling and the chalky strawberry taste. the weird thing is it doesn't seem like it's helping me go to sleep as well as the 10 mg one they had before so it makes you wonder if it really does have the dosage otherwise yes I'm much more pleased with the flavor and the fact that you can break it in half and I prefer the dissolve rather than having to swallow a chalky pill the help with sleep

My 1st bottle, mixed results. 2nd bottle very poor results. I Would Not Recommend This Product. I'm going back to the other 10mg brand. Much better results for me.

open the bottle last night and took one and it didn't do a thing for me. so I grabbed my other bottle of a different brand that I had in the drawer and took one and it worked fine. I don't think there was any melatonin in the pill
