Nature's Plus - Chocolate SPIRU-TEIN Shake, 2.1 lbs.

This meal supplement is the best of its kind I've found so far. The amounts and balance of ingredients works very well. Taste in very good and the combination of quality with a good price makes it even better.

I drink a scoop of this with milk and a ripe banana. Excellent source of nutrition on a daily basis

I love the chocolate flavor. And it mixes well in the blender with my other ingrediets.

This is an excellent product and I have been using it for many years.

I read the review submitted below about the product being clumpy and bad, and felt compelled to write a review. The smoothies/shakes of this line are only lumpy if you think you can just stir it with a spoon. I use my magic bullet blender, and that works PERFECTLY! Yes, it will turn out lumpy if you use a spoon because of the types of proteins in the shake. It is not whey. It is soy, pea protein, and rice protein. However, the shake is WONDERFUL and not overpoweringly chocolatey. if you want a more chocolate flavor, add some Swanson's Organic Cocoa Powder. That's what I plan to try next. Right now I mix it with milk, peanut butter, and oats, and it's downright amazing! If you get an all-natural smooth peanut butter, it doesn't come out thick, but really silky and delcious!

I use this in a shake most mornings and love it. I highly recommend the vanilla and chocolate. My mom loves the Cherries Jubilee, but I think it taste fake, and the Cappuccino was so terrible we dumped it, and we hate tossing food. My only complaint is that the scoop is buried sometimes, so I've started hanging onto my old one until I've found the new one.

My husband and I drink this for breakfast 5 out of 7 days a week with almond milk. It tastes great! I add a scoop of a green food powder and a tablespoon of liquid chlorophyll. Mixes easily in a shaker bottle that has the removable plastic screen. This is the best price I've seen.

I love this product!! Choclate or Vanilla mainly. The trick is rice milk and a blender for the best taste. I like Rice Dream Vanilla, or Chocolate for a richer flavor; soy and other milks seem to be a bit heavy for me. Makes it a breakfast and/or lunch shake with a multivitamin - Spiru-tein is loaded with the good stuff and you don't have take pills :) Plus it's yummy!

I do not like it!! It clumps all of the time and tastes terrible.
