When I am detoxing I use this in the purging phase. I love that it doesn't cramp me up and just feels natural. But remember to drink enough water with any cleansing product.

Super cleanse is an excellent product. I took it, and by the beginning of the 3rd day, the results were there. I didn't even have to use it for 30 days. Also, I took one pill twice a day, and that was my max. I highly recommend this product to anyone that needs a little boost to the bathroom :)

I was skeptical at first but I tried the product today and I was very pleased. I took the first pill about 10 am and had a bowel movement around 6 pm. The reason i was looking for something was because my bowels were thin looking and now they are looking normal. I ate normally just drank more water and it worked great for me. I hope this will help someone else.

I brought this cleanser on a thursday night and took one pill before bed. on friday I took one pill in the morning and one in the evening. saturday morning the show was on, I didnt get any cramps at all i was afraid to flush the toilet. I hardly ever make #2 so this was soooo great. my doc says Im in good health i just have trouble going. always see your doctor about any health problems you feel you have and then get this produce.
