If you are on who has trouble passing stool you may have an easier time by taking up to 4 of these with water along with a stool softener before bed.

The Walmart website clearly stated that the product I wanted was available in capsule form, which is what I ordered. However, the items that arrived are in Vegcaps form, which does not agree with my digestive system. It seems odd that my system will accept the capsule form but not the vegcaps, but it is most likely the binder used to form the tablets. However, they will have to be returned, as they are too expensive to simply discard.

I ordered the capsules and was sent vegitabs- nit the same product. The tabs do not work - the capsules are better.
