I took one pill a couple times a week and was asleep in 15 minutes and stayed asleep until the next morning. It did not leave me feeling groggy or anything like some sleep aids do.

They worked fast I do recommend you take them many hours before you need to be up because you will be sleepy the next day . Taking these I didn't toss and turn which was nice .

I got this one and my doctor recommended that I try it because it has not only the melatonin but it has the additional vitamins. I am not sure if the melatonin works any better than any other kind but I do know the additional vitamins have made a difference. So I'm going to continue to take them
