It helps without the grogginess
The short version: This made me feel sleepy within 10 minutes. And I am asleep 30 minutes after taking it. Sleep is restful and I wake up alert and ready for the day (no grogginess at all). The long version: I am new to using Melatonin. I've resisted using it because of the possible side effects that I read about. But getting closer to menopause is wreaking havoc in my sleep. I either have a hard time falling asleep, or I'm awake after an hour of sleep. I'd usually read in bed until I felt sleepy again. It used to work, but lately sleep only came around 5am. I'm glad and grateful to take the plunge and find a good one in this brand. The tablet is small and easy to take. And I picked 1mg because it was recommended for those who are new to taking Melatonin. Sweet dreams!
