I find that this supplement has elderberry which is crucial to immunity support. It's pleasant tasting and the great thing is I don't have to swallow which is always a plus. It simply melts in my mouth. I'm one of those ones that refuses to take the vaccine while it is still in its clinical trial so I feel taking this supplement helps boost my immune system when I'm at work or out and about shopping. Overall I'd recommend and will definitely purchase again.

They taste fine but absorbs moisture quite fast. I put them in a pill box with the other supplements but they actually melt.

They have the same health benefits as the gummies I was taking, but, unfortunately, these don't taste great. They're very reminiscent of a child's chewable vitamin and taste very chalky, although they do have an elderberry flavor to them. However, the ingredients seen to be quality ingredients, so I'll definitely keep these as a backup for if I run out of gummies again!
