Nature's Truth Turmeric Curcumin Complex 500mg Quick Release Capsule (250 Count)

Since my PCP recommends Turmeric, I was pleased to find that I could order it from Sam's at an exceptional price.

Fist time taking this product. Like that its only one a day compared to another brand where I had to take 2 a day. Have only been taking for a week, so unable to say how it is working. Wil update later

I started taking Tumeric more than 2 years ago. I researched the different brands and combos of ingredients and I found this particular brand to work for me. Whether taking Tumeric for joints is actually working and helping me move more freely with less joint pain, or whether it's all in my head doesn't matter. The truth is it makes me feel better and that's all that matters. So I will continue to take it until it doesn't work anymore.

This is my first time trying turmeric. I did a little research prior to buying it, and was very impressed with this bottle of turmeric curcumin. It contains black pepper extract, which is very important for absorption. It also contains other beneficial ingredients such as turmeric extract and is the recommended dosage(500 mg) in 1 pill, so it's easy to take. I haven't been taking it long enough yet(4 - 8 weeks) to see any benefits, but it is supposed to help prevent cancer, among other things, and that is a huge plus for me.

Stopped my achy bones and muscles.

If you want to save money, get this bottle with 250 capsules. The Nature's Truth product has all you need according to what I have read on taking Turmeric Curcumin. I am taking them for Liver health.

My Physical Therapist suggested I try these for joint pain along with the therapy. I have stopped the therapy for a while now, but continue to take the capsules. I have not had any pain return.

Having pepper extract included in the formulation is a plus to aid absorption. Turmeric Curcumin is a anti-inflammatory that is part of my dailysupplement regime.

Again vitamin supplements delivered with NO packaging not even envelope! Easily seen and grapped by children or animals besides not respecting pur privacy. I won't order again unless this policy changes. Totally not acceptable. Otherwise very happy with Sam's.

I have not found this product to be helping as has been stated by the advertisements. Perhaps I have not been taking it for a long enough time, as I have taken it for two weeks at this point. Nevertheless, I will continue trying for a bit longer to give it a fair period to work as has been stated.
