These vitamins make me feel so at peace before and during my beauty sleep. It starts to ease my body and then mind, then I finally go to sleep. I use it about 20 minutes before I get into bed. I use it a few times during the week and then I don't use it for the next few because my sleep gets into a routine. This hasn't worked as expected for sleep. However, I just started taking this and it may be awhile before it affects my body. It made me relax but I wasn't able to fall asleep within a short period of time. I may need to double dose or use it for a longer period of time before it has the expected result.
