I have struggled with sleep disruptions and difficulty falling asleep for years. Melatonin worked for a period of time but lost effectiveness. I have tried many sleep aids in order to get off the Ambien that I have been taking for years. None of them worked but this one did! This hasn't worked as expected for sleep. However, I just started taking this and it may be awhile before it affects my body. It made me relax but I wasn't able to fall asleep within a short period of time. I may need to double dose or use it for a longer period of time before it has the expected result.
