These are great - work very well and the gummy form is great! He has tried a few other brands but said these are one of the better brands that he's tried - falls asleep almost immediately and doesn't wake up throughout the day. This is an easy to take gummy that works to calm your body to prepare yourself to sleep. I'm not too fond of the flavor though. Perhaps more citrus flavors would be better for the liking. It does take 2 gummed to get up to 5 MG of melatonin, so you can only take 1 to start, or are new to melatonin. Really helps me get to sleep, doesn't always keep me asleep. Great product overall.

I tried these gummies and I seemed to fall asleep pretty quickly. I love how these are gummies because I am not a fan of swallowing pills. The taste isn't bad either. Does take a little while to kick in but it works and I sleep so good. The strawberry flavor is okay. The gummy's are easy to chew doesn't get stuck in my teeth nor doesn't have any after taste.
