[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] who would of thought ingesting burnt coconut husks would be healthy? well it is in capsule form! take these pills about 2 hours before or after your meal and they helped me with excess gas. not sure what the science is behind it but give them a try! just beware of the blackish #2 if you know what I mean!!

It might not give you complete relief of the gas, but I noticed it really works on the smells. I keep these with me when I travel in case my stomach doesnt like something. One thing to research before use is the interaction with any supplements or medications as these can absorb those as well.

I have noticed that I haven't gotten much gas after eating most foods that would usually cause me gas. It hasn't changed much of anything else so far but I will update if is does more benefits for me.
