I really like this product. It’s packed with lots of everything older women need. There is 2000 IU (50mcg) of vitamin D3 in this product, which is pretty much the maximum needed so be very cautious about D in other supplements you might be taking, like Calcium. Almost all calcium supplements do have D in them. It is dangerous to take too much D. Just be aware.

My doctor switched me to this vitamin. Told me he thought it would work better for me. It has it's a great vitamin my only negative comment is I wish it came in a gummy form or a gel pill. This pill is huge and taste awful. But I still take one every day
