Nature's Way Alive! Women's Ultra Multivitamin, High Potency, 150 ct

I think this product is good. I take it every other day. I did notice a change in my energy. It has other vitamins that other multivitamins don't have and that is why I choose this product.

​This is an excellent and very comprehensive multivitamin for women. It's super convenient since the recommended dosage is just one tablet daily, preferably taken with food to prevent any stomach upset. The tablet is solid, compact, and has a slightly rough texture. Because it is an ultra-potency formula, the size is quite large, so it might be a bit hard to swallow if you aren't used to larger pills. It comes in a very sturdy, high-quality plastic bottle with a safety cap that seals perfectly to keep the product protected. To preserve its quality and prevent moisture from affecting the tablets, it should be stored in a cool, dry place (I highly recommend not keeping it in the bathroom). ​Despite the size of the tablet and its slight herbal scent, the boost in my daily energy levels makes it completely worth it. Highly recommended!

Natures women Alive come with a different taste and different flavor. And mixed with fruit or vegetable ones a day . And no FEffectiveness at all and natural sweet no sugar added at all . And packaging in a box. And Digestion easy and fast it's healthy and good .

It was beautiful vitamin complex. I feel more better after course this vitamins. Good complex for winter time. Recommend it. I think I will order this complex again !

I have been using this multivitamin daily for about a month. It contains all my essentials, except I do take vitamin d and magnesium as well, along with a few extra supplements/vitamins to fit my Type 1 diabetes health regimen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a total package as a women’s multi vitamin. I knocked off a star because of two reasons (each half star off): first, it made my urine a diff color and freaked me out. Had to google to see it was bc of too much vitamin B. Second, these multivitamins are bulky! Glad it’s just one/day. I’ll probably reduce to every other day or couple times a week to not increase vitamin B too much. Overall, will keep using!

The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because I prefer gummy vitamins because they’re easier for our kidneys to metabolize. The hard tablets like this can be a bit harder on the kidneys. I love taking a multivitamin because I feel like our modern diet especially in the US can lack some necessary nutrients. I have made it a routine to take vitamins since Influenster sent me these and I’m so happy! I am going to continue to buy vitamins, and although these vitamins are great I don’t think I’d personally buy them for myself again in the future since I prefer the gummies.
