I have been taking this for over a year. Put it this way- I KNOW when I forget to take it. I sleep so much better and have way more patience than if I don't take it. I can not recommend this enough. I'm 47 years old. I hope this supplement can help you too!

I have been using this product for probably over a year now and I am very pleased with it. I am grateful that there is something to help with the mood swings that we really don't like to have nor can we control. My husband could really tell a difference in my mood within 2-3 weeks of first taking these pills. He said, "Wow, if they make that much of a difference, you don't ever need to run out of them." LOL I am much happier taking these pills than I was not taking anything to offset the moodiness of the menopause. Thank you, Swansons.

I have been taking this now for a month and feel great, no hot flashes after two weeks of taking this product. I might feel the occasional mini hot flash, but not full blown hot-flash (like one every two weeks). I was having them daily around 6 or more a day and all throughout the night, which kept me from sleeping. Love the night time pill because it does help you to fall asleep easier. The only downfall is the caffeine in the morning pill. I have very little caffeine on a daily basis anyway, and had to switch to decaf coffee in the morning so I could handle this product. Even so I felt great after I made my change to decaf.

I never write reviews but I had to write one for this. My mood is brighter and I have more energy during the day and I sleep better at night. I stopped taking for about two weeks and totally saw a change. My problem was I kept forgetting to order them. Once I signed up for the monthly delivery, all was well.

After looking at numerous supplements, this product was recommended to me by a health food store employee. She said they couldn't keep it in stock it was so popular. In the store it costs twice as much (!) so I'm glad I found it online. It started to work for me fairly quickly, in a week or 2. My biggest problem at the time was hot flashes, and they lessened noticably in that week or so. I hardly ever have one during the day anymore. I still have night ones but they aren't as bad. I ran out of pills once and noticed not only more hot flashes but extreme moodiness and some fatigue. Don't want to be without these ever again!

After a recommendation from a friend, I tried this vitamin... to wonderful results. One of the nice things is the 3 blister packs, since it is easy to throw one into a travel cosmetic bag so that you are never without. Swanson has the best price anywhere for this brand. Thanks.

This supplement really works with me. I've been taking it throughout perimenopause and my symptoms are minimal. It's natural - that's why I like it too! I would prefer the day and night pills to be purchasable in separate containers though. Sometimes I forget to take one and then I have left overs... But quality and effectiveness rock!

I have been taking this supplement for 8 months, and I have not had more night sweats or peri-menopausal symptoms. It takes few months to be completely effective, maybe up to three months but after that I have not had any problems and I can sleep again! I am afraid to stop taking it; the perimenopausal symptoms may come back.

I liked the product. However, it gave me really bad indigestion when taking it.

I tried this as an alternative to Estrotone. My symptoms began returning shortly after I started taking this, even though it has the essential components of Estrotone. The AM pill made me hyper, since I'm sensitive to rhodiola. The PM pill works great for helping me relax to sleep. I take it for that alone. I take the AM pill sometimes, for a day or two, when my energy is low.
