The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow with water. As with any supplement recommend checking with doctor for potential interactions. There is about a 20-30 day supply available in each container depending how many are taken per day.

I ordered several products (this & MACA) & was having a reaction to one of them this product is very potent for my body so I had to take one a day vs 2. I’m starting to see slow progress w/my mood & energy but still experiencing mild hot flashes (early pre-menopause) once I complete the bottle hopefully it will do what I’m expecting if not I’ll order the St. John’s Wort Instead
