I started taking them after lunch and I felt like I had a coffee boost for the rest of the afternoon. It really didn't promote energy in my body down to the cellular level. Will definitely keep taking a b complex vitamin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to be low on B12 and need to take supplements to raise my levels, so I was happy to test out the B-100 Complex Capsules by Nature's Way complimentary through Influenster in exchange for my honest review. Not only do these cover my daily needs for B12, but also biotin, folate and other B vitamins. While I did not have a problem, these are a bit on the large size and may be an issue for those who have trouble swallowing pills. I noticed no weird taste and only a slight smell that was not troublesome. I would note, these do contain gelatin, which may be an issue to some. However, they are gluten free and contain no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, soy, or dairy and also have no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives which is great. I did feel a bit of an energy boost from these and hopefully, with continued use, I will raise my B12 levels.

Immediately I opened it, and I realize that the capsule was actually orange, which is pretty amazing because most of the capsule that I tried in the past it's white. I only been taking needs capsuled for about. I would say a week and I have noticed a big difference that it helped me with my fatigue, especially since I go to the gym and the overnight because it's what I said for myself to work on my goals. I'll update to see how I feel after using the whole entire bottle. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these pills for my 15 year old sister because her neurologist of 10 years recommended b-100 complex, magnesium and folic acid. Her and my 28 year old brother both have progressive muscular dystrophy and mental retardation to a point both of them will end up in a wheelchair since their muscles are deteriorating. If their neurologist of over a decade recommends this, then it's a daily must! Super happy it's just one soft capsule which makes it easy for anyone to take.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging of this was super cute and I love the quality of the product, but taking it on an empty stomach isn't recommended which is why it gets a four out of five stars. But a lot of vitamins do that to me.  I feel like it was a good amount for the price range.

I definitely notice my energy level has improved, but the neon yellow urine was certainly jarring. This is a totally normal effect of B vitamins but I may or may not have forgotten that before I started taking this.
