I started taking them after lunch and I felt like I had a coffee boost for the rest of the afternoon. It really didn't promote energy in my body down to the cellular level. Will definitely keep taking a b complex vitamin.

Her and my 28 year old brother both have progressive muscular dystrophy and mental retardation to a point both of them will end up in a wheelchair since their muscles are deteriorating. If their neurologist of over a decade recommends this, then it's a daily must! Super happy it's just one soft capsule which makes it easy for anyone to take.
