I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2008. I knew something was wrong a few years before that. The chronic fatigue had become so bad that I spent a lot of time in bed. I didn't want to leave my apartment. I was so sick dizzy and tired. I recently looked up what vitamin deficiencies might be at play in chronic fatigue. I realized that I had those vitamins in a bottle on my shelf. Another bottle I just forgot about sitting there. I decided since they were sitting there I should try them, give it a real chance. After two weeks I thought, Wow, I have energy! I want to do things! I figured it's a placebo effect. I am on my third bottle now. It's not a placebo, it works! Mitochondrial damage has been found with the deficiencies of the vitamins in this complex. My daughter started taking them. She has seen incredible results as well. We have both tried B-12 shots with no help. These have changed my life! I have a life! I don't know if they will help you, but please give it a try. This is the best B stress formula with complete B-complex vitamins and even more. I've been taking it for over a year now and is very pleased with results that contributed to improving my immune system and my health in general. The price is very good as well. This is the only formula that gives you 500mg of Vit C, 400mg of Folic acid, and high concentration of other vitamins like B1, Biotin and Siberian root. Because of capsule form, it's also easy to swallow. I did very good research of other formulas and brands prior to buying and found that this one is the Best. I highly recommend it.

I have used B stress for years. I take 1 in the AM and 1 at bedtime each with 2 Folic Acid. When I'm under duress or high stress I put one or two and with in a matter of seconds I feel the calming that I need. I keep bottles of both B Stress and Folic Acid in the motor home and several in a pill container in my purse. I wouldn't be without!! Love it! Thank you for this wonderful product!!

My usually thick hair was starting to thin. Since starting to take the B stress formula, there's a noticeable difference in my hair....less in the shower drain. My hair is more shiney and soft. I will continue to take Vitamin B Stress Formula daily!
