I take burdock root to help control my A1C along with diet. I worked out for me as my A1C now is usually 6.5 to 6.8. My only concern is they dropped the capsule size from 950 mg to 860 mg. I hope it will still be as effective as it was.

I've only been taking these for a few days and notice a significant change in the discomfort I have in my knees. I usually do not take vitamins but this is probably as natural as it gets on the vitamin market so I'm comfortable taking these.

I use this product for its benefits for digestion, and mild detoxification. It has worked very well for me. I take one with lunch, my main meal of the day, along with Nature's Way ginger and fennel. This is a satisfying, effective, and inexpensive product.

I only been using for a couple of days and I can already feel a significant change in my joints. Both burdock root and turmeric have been known for their potential anti-inflammatory properties, which definitely helps!

I feel no difference, but it only has been a week.
