I take burdock root to help control my A1C along with diet. I worked out for me as my A1C now is usually 6.5 to 6.8. My only concern is they dropped the capsule size from 950 mg to 860 mg. I hope it will still be as effective as it was.

While my adult acne is mostly under control, I was still getting cystic nodules right before my monthly cycle - no one likes the things, even if they only show up once a month. This product not only has kept the monthly cystic nodules away, it has also knocked out the random pimples I was getting around my cheekbones!!

I've only been taking these for a few days and notice a significant change in the discomfort I have in my knees. I usually do not take vitamins but this is probably as natural as it gets on the vitamin market so I'm comfortable taking these.

A side benefit is that they also have magnesium, which is another vitamin I usually take, so I get the benefit of both. I highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent is very earthy and clean, the pills themselves are tasteless which I'm rather happy about. There really is no texture or flavor to them. I've only been using them for about a week and at this point can't really tell if they are working.

I feel no difference, but it only has been a week.
