Nature's Way Calcium Citrate, 100 Ct

I purchased this product for my wife. she has trouble swallowing some of the bigger calcium pills. She is very happy with this.

I have used Nature's Way calcium citrate for years and recommended it to my friend. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not bother my stomach, so it is a win, win in my book. On top of that I can almost see my fingernails grow. They used to be soft and easily broken before and now they are strong and well-shaped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that these don't have a lot of unnecessary ingredients and they are a way to help with the body's bone and muscle function. What I don't like it the pills are a little big and you have to take 4 a day ( 2 twice a day).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these to improve my overall bone health. For this to work, the body must be able to absorb the calcium. The capsules must be taken twice daily: two in the morning, two in the evening. They can be taken with or without a meal. I find it easiest to take in the morning after breakfast and again in the evening following dinner. My stomach tends to get upset if I take supplements in general on an empty stomach.
