I purchased this product for my wife. she has trouble swallowing some of the bigger calcium pills. She is very happy with this.

The capsules must be taken twice daily: two in the morning, two in the evening. They can be taken with or without a meal. I find it easiest to take in the morning after breakfast and again in the evening following dinner. My stomach tends to get upset if I take supplements in general on an empty stomach.
