I know I need to take this to keep my bones strong.I purchase this brand from Swanson's because it is the only one in this combination I can find that doesn't add soy or soybean oil to this product.Soy is not good for me and it's getting harder and harder to find vitamins and foods without it.

Is it helping me not sure, I will find out when I get blood work done but it does not seem harmful to take. I recommend, super easy to drink with all my other supplements.
