Vitamins natures way
I was hoping the Natural Way Cinnamon would help with my blood sugar levels, but I didn't notice any real changes. The capsules also had a strong aftertaste. It might work for some, but it wasn't the right fit for me.

I like the cinnamon flavor and the purity and great shape of the capsules, which are olso very potent and come in a great and very economical package.
