I have been giving this to my husband for some years now. He has type two diabetes. These definitely make a difference when he takes them. He now warns me when he is running low so I will make sure and order some more because he feels so much better when he takes them, he is more energized and generally just feels healthier. He works in construction and he physically needs a lot of energy so we always try and make sure he takes this multi-vitamin. He says he can tell when he does not have them.

I've been using "Completia" Diabetic multivitamin for years but I just noticed the "Alive" Diabetic multivitamin is the EXACT same product but cheaper. Why does Nature's Way have 2 of the same product(ingredients)but labeled & priced differently?? Makes me question question the quality of the product 🤔

Have taken these (off and on) for years, keep trying them again, but they've about priced themselves out of the market for me. I can't say they make a difference more than a regular multivitamin-mineral but thought they were worth a try.
