I would be lost without this supplement. Always have it close by for post nasal drip. Many nights Intake it before bed to avoid Congestion during the night. Excellent product and list price from Swanson.

Ok, but hard to take
I was recomended this by a friend, but found that I had to take it IMMEDIATELY with food, otherwise I got a very unhappy stomach, and in fact, threw up once because I hadn't had a chance to eat soon enough after taking it.
