It helps alot with my bothersome indigestion I can really tell. Its supposed to help with cholesterol levels so that's a fantastic bonus if so. Capsules go down pretty easy, no bad taste. They smell a little like syrup to me. I haven't experienced any type of negative side effects or issues, it's been all good things. I would definitely reccomend to any woman.

The recommended dose is 2 capsule 2-3 times daily. I liked the shape and size of the bottle. Its convenient while traveling.
