About the 3rd day of taking this product, I had a real release from a week of constipation and and for the past 2 weeks I have been regular. I don't know exactly what the "billions" of good bacteria are supposed to be doing; what I do know is, I am no longer constipated and the stools are no longer hard. Great product for great relief!

In 4 months, felt 60% improvement in gut balance. Easy to swallow, easy on the stomach, highly effective. I keep mine on a shelf in the fridge for best effectiveness.

Good Product
This is a good probiotic and just as good as the more expensive one I was taking. Since taking probiotics I have not had any more stomach problems and so I am very happy with the product.

I ordered a double pack of this item. One of the electrical outlets was defective and would not work. I waited too long for a refund.
