Optima support and immune health. Cows in a different taste and texture. All the ingredients on the box . Leave it in a room temperature. And absorption soaking up good. And Dosage ones a day after meals.

Excellent Product
I have tried many pro-biotics in the past, most do not seem effective. This product has 100 Billion CFU per capsul at half the price of other comparible products. I have recommended this product to my 2 daughters and my mother, they all love the product.

I'm pleased
After using this for a month, it has replaced the Swanson Epic Pro product that I was using. I needed a stronger product and one that had a delayed release feature which is important. The strains in this product also have the letters and numbers after each strain which means their potency when shipped to the manufacturer are guaranteed. A winner of a product!

top of the line probiotic
My doctor recommended that I use a probiotics. Although he mentioned a 35 billion organism formulation, I found this one and it has made a HUGE difference! I've got my family and friends using this formulation now - you will notice the improvements!

Necessary Product
I feel I need to take acidophilus in order to maintain a healthy digestive system, in fact most people do. This product is very good. Swanson has the best price, even more so when they're having a sale.
