I prefer to take them at the end of the day when I know I didn't have as many veggies as I should have for a healthy/balanced diet. If I hit my daily recommended amount on my own, I would skip the supplement that day. They taste exactly like you would imagine - they have a mild, powdery veggie taste that isn't bad at all. I received these complementary from Influenster in exchange for my honest review, and would recommend these for anyone looking to make sure they get their daily veggies.

The packaging is very convenient especially when on the go as it is a pill instead of a powder that has to be mixed. Overall, I totally recommend this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am on my second bottle. Being diabetic I need to eat more vegetables which I am not fond of. I don't know if these work but I have hope for them. They are easy to take come in a nice bottle and I can't give a reason not to take them

I'm not a huge vegetable person and I know I need to have them so I like these capsules. They are pretty big but they went down pretty smooth. They didn't leave an after taste or anything either. I do wish you didn't have to take 2 capsules per meal because they run out quick.

Now, this is only 900 mg per serving, which is way less than the amount you should be consuming on a daily basis. However, I think it's a great way to start the day. I eat this after breakfast and I feel good knowing I've ingested some form of vegetables. It definitely smells like vegetables, but more so wheatgrass, even though there isn't wheatgrass in here. Overall, not a bad product, especially if you're someone who isn't fond of vegetables. Also, great halal option because it's vegan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave garden veggies a try. Normally I would purchase powder greens and mix with water - this seems to be the same powder but in a clear capsule. Taste if the pills are horrible - but definitely better than drinking the other version. I struggle getting my veggies in and found when taken veggie supplements I am filled with more energy and not as tired during the day.

I guess it's nice it's compact and I didn't notice any difference. The ingredients look mostly clean and you can read what veggies you're getting. It's good for me I guess because I don't eat as many veggies as I should!

They're affordable, but I'm just wondering if I was supposed to feel something different…
