It helped with my inflammation and pain when taken regularly. There's no bad aftertaste and they last pretty long as long as you keep them in a nice cool climate area. Hope I can remember to take them once I go back to work! Been taking them for 2 days. No nasty taste or side effects so far.

I noticed a slight difference in the strength of my nails and other than that not too much. I have taken this brand so I recognized the logo on the bottle. The dosage wasn't totally crazy like taking 12 a day, lol! I tried to be fair with how many stars I gave but after a couple of months I will edit my review as necessary.

I’m not a big fan of gummy vitamins so I liked that this was in caplet form, but you have to take one three times a day, which I don’t love. The other issue is it’s also a diuretic - a water pill. Great if you’re bloated, but otherwise you just pee a lot. They don’t tell you that. They also don’t say that doctors don’t recommend you take this for a long period of time because it could make you deficient in B1 levels among other issues. Long story long, I’m sticking with my biotin and collagen for daily use and using these when I need to shed some water weight. Oh also I didn’t notice a big difference in my hair or nails. I must have been too busy peeing.
