Nature's Way Hydraplenish Vegcaps, 60 Count

It seems to keep the ache in my meniscus way down to sometimes practically nothing at all. I realize that products like this work for some people and not others. I do have bone on bone in one knee and arthritis in both, but since my job is mostly standing (not a good thing), I feel like this product really does help.

I love this stuff, after just a couple days the crepe on my face is gone! It really does plump up the skin with moisture.

I have been getting my vitamin's from Puritan's Pride for years. I have never been disappointed. They have the best price's around. I tell my friends and family to get their vitamins from them. they ARE the best.

Knees are better when going up stairs when I use this with glucosamine chondroitin. I can tell a difference when I don't take these 2 products.

The bottle of Hydraplenish HA by Nature's Way is a good way to get your internal hyaluronic acid and it works better by taking 2 capsules twice a day for people with very dry skin and in the winter time. This is my third bottle and the cost is usually over $11 per bottle.There is 60 capsules to a bottle. Alternating with taking one capsule twice a day also works but at a slower pace.

According to Nature's Way: "There is 100mg of hyaluronic acid in this product." I suppose that is per serving which is 2 capsules. The label doesn't say, so I emailed Natures Way to ask. Just FYI- HA really helps to bring more lubricating synovial fluid to your joints. My chiropractor recommended to take 3 (a serving and a half) daily. No side effects. You need to keep taking it to keep getting the results.

I have been using this product for years. I am 81 years old and my skin is as supple as someone twenty years younger. I also do not look my age. I believe it is the result of this product. My wish is that it could be available in larger amounts such as 120 capsules.

After taking this for a few days my eyes became very dry at night & in the mornings my knees felt very stiff & swollen. I also broke out with pimples on my face.
