I've used an entire bottle over a period of time and have seen very good results. Most Americans have a shortage of Iodine in there bodies. This is because of less and less being used in foods and salts being taken in. I was mostly cold too. This has helped my body warm up in air conditioning.

Kelp is very good by itself. However it is harder to fimd in the US. So i was so happy to have this supplement product. Kelp helps thyroid health, cardiovascular and boost metabolism system, hair nails skin and helo losing weight . Which is very good. I love it so much. I usually take one a day as supplement. Very nice product. The pill is not very big either so it is very easy for consumption. It doesnt have very strong smell so i can take it everyday without problem.

Kelp is so good for you and these capsules are no exception. There’s 100 in this bottle and you’re suppose to take one daily. This little bottle will last about 2 1/2 months. They don’t have a smell or a taste. I store mine in a dry cool place like my pantry. There’s really no texture. Looking forward to the benefits. I know it will take a few weeks before I notice however, it will be worth it. Thank you!

It tastes like fish-which I guess makes sense since it’s kelp, but I take it with orange juice and other vitamins and it’s not so bad. I haven’t noticed any side effects or anything negative.

Kelp was a perfect fit for me because I have hypothyroidism. Also non GMO. I don't mind the scent because it's natural and in a capsule, so the taste won't bother me either. You swallow it with water. No side effects. Effective to a certain extent. Everything takes time to work the way you want them.
