This product seems to benefit my leg pain and at times, swelling. I also would recommend Diosimin, which also aids in this arena. By all means, give it a try.

I wanted to give an honest review. I have trouble with my legs, they get really heavy feeling & swelling, upon other things and I can honestly say that these supplements/vitamins REALLY HELPED me. I still take them. I noticed with other supplements they have a horrible odor, but these DID NOT. Also, most supplements have a horrible taste/aftertaste, but these DID NOT. For the price & the way these work, it's a no brainer!! These supplements are Vegan. I know there are a lot of people that are Vegan, so it's amazing that they are actually Vegan. I can honestly say that my legs feel lighter & less sluggish. I have way less muscle cramping after consistently taking these. You have to take these consistently to see progress. You can't take them every now & then or miss days because you will NOT get the full effect of them, therefore you won't see how great they work unless you are consistently taking them!! A lot of people experienced mind stomach issues and/or acid reflux. I can say that I personally haven't expierence this, but I know some people have!! The plant-powered, vegan blend is specifically for healthy circulation & to strengthen vascular walls. The 6 herbs in the supplements are: 📍Horse Chesnut Seed Extract (300 mg)- Supports Vein Health! 📍Butcher's Broom Root (150 mg)- Supports Leg Circulation! 📍Cayenne Pepper & Grape Seed Extract- Provides Antioxidants & Circulation Support! 📍The suggested dosage is to take 2 capsules twice daily & preferably with food. So in closing, if you have problems with your legs, you NEED to try these out. Nothing has helped me the way these have. And the best part is they won't break the bank. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do suffer from varicose veins and swelling in one leg. I’ve started off by using half a dosage of the recommended two capsules a day. I’ve noticed less swelling in my leg by about 70 precent I’d say. So far no side effects. Easy to take and no funny smell or aftertaste. Can’t wait to see if it helps further with longer use. Love that it’s a herbal formula.

I haven't seen many changes yet, but I think this is something that will take time. While I'm not yet fully convinced that I need a separate supplement for my leg veins, it is an area that I need to pay closer attention to since I do struggle with vein and circulation issues.

It comes in the form of of medium size capsules. I like the fact that it is labeled Vegan. You are to take to capsules daily . I like the fact that they are easy to swallow and that there is no after taste in your mouth. I have taken it for under a week, so I can not testify as to its effectiveness yet. But nothing negative, no side effects and no upset stomach. Overall I love the capsules and will continue to take them religiously.

I think they would be better for someone who is used to taking very natural vitamins/pills all the time. I'm not allergic to anything but something did not agree with me. They were easy to take though, and I hate taking pills.
