I’ve noticed less swelling in my leg by about 70 precent I’d say. So far no side effects. Easy to take and no funny smell or aftertaste. Can’t wait to see if it helps further with longer use. Love that it’s a herbal formula.

It comes in the form of of medium size capsules. I like the fact that it is labeled Vegan. You are to take to capsules daily . I like the fact that they are easy to swallow and that there is no after taste in your mouth. I have taken it for under a week, so I can not testify as to its effectiveness yet. But nothing negative, no side effects and no upset stomach. Overall I love the capsules and will continue to take them religiously.

I think they would be better for someone who is used to taking very natural vitamins/pills all the time. I'm not allergic to anything but something did not agree with me. They were easy to take though, and I hate taking pills.
