I have been taking this supplement for a couple weeks since receiving it. I can't say that I feel any different after taking it. I haven't noticed any negative side effects. It is easy to swallow. The capsules are a cheerful color, as turmeric is naturally yellow-orange. The packaging is compact.

It can alleviate inflammation, help with digestion, restore skin and help with acne, and many more great potential benefits. These come in capsules that are easy to swallow and tasteless. My only con would be if they came in a higher mg without needing to take more than 2 pills per day. Other than that, these are a perfect addition if you're looking into adding Turmeric to your daily vitamin intake.

I'm happy to report that the capsules are super easy to swallow and not jumbo sized like others. I have been taking these for a few days and have not had any side effects. Bonus, they are gluten free and don't contain any filler ingredients. There is also no smell. I would recommend this supplement to support joint health and as an anti-inflammatory aid.

I always know that tumeric and ginger are good for a lot of things, for example: to reduce pain/inflammation or for congestion/cold. I have ortho arthritis for quite sometimes, and since I have been taking this for about two weeks, I feel a lot better with the pain, and this also helps for my joint pain. I will definitely buy more of this.

The vegan plant derived capsules are small in size and have no flavor at all. I take one with my morning cup of water and I'm done for the day!
