[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the brand Nature’s Way when it comes to vitamins and supplements. I found this particular supplement, Mega-Zyme to be okay. While it was easy to take and petite to swallow, I found it added nothing to my routine. On the positive, it gave me no problems when I started it and caused no allergic symptoms or stomach issues. It could be having a positive effect that I am not aware of so I will finish the bottle, but it’s not a supplement I would repurchase.

Adults can take 2 tablets before your meals up to 3 times a day. The pill has no smell. The digestive enzymes assist with breaking down foods and the systemic enzymes work in the blood and tissues to aid in recovery and reduce pain. I haven’t had the need to use it for recovery and pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was more of digestive support *in addition* to muscle recover as a bonus. but after reading the back I saw it said it “helps relieve occasional muscle soreness *due* to overexertion and exercise” if taken between meals, which I thought was oddly specific. But if taken with meals that it helps digestion. I didn’t notice a difference in my stomach when I took between meals and maybe that’s because I don’t have issues due to overexertion or exercise? But overall they don’t taste bad and are easy to take. I took them late afternoon but still had stomach issues in the evening after dinner so I guess you have to be super consistent about taking them directly with your meals. Also didn’t realize they weren’t FDA approved
