Nature's Way Melatonin Lozenge, 2.5mg, 100 Ct

This is my go to brand in my local pharmacy and they haven't restocked for months. It has been a nightmare. They are chewable and have zero unintended side effects. Within half hour you're out. My son uses it as well and it works wonders. He doesn't sleep otherwise. Also the most affordable.

Quick, easy to use and does the job. What more can you ask for?

This product seems to help me to go to sleep more readily and when I wake up in the night, to fall back asleep more quickly. Overall, I am pleased with the flavor, the quick dissolving of tablet and the effectiveness of product.

This is a good melatonin for those who don't need a lot. I take the 2.5 mg. I also like to chew and melt the product under my tongue for a minute before swallowing. I've been using for years and never feel groggy in the morning.

It's the perfect dosage for me. I take one about half an hour before bed, works like a dream ; )

Great product. Melts in your mouth, so acts quickly and no hours delay before it gets in your system means no melatonin hangover the next morning. It actually seems stronger than 2.5mg, maybe because it's absorbed in the bloodstream faster. I give my children half a tablet of this, and much more of the non-lozenge type.
