Natures Way Natures Way Primadophilus Reuteri, 90 ea

Found these on sale. I love a good probiotic vitamin. These work well. I don't have any complaints. I think they're just like most regular probiotic vitamins. Great cost, great brand. They have to be refrigerated.

About a year ago I learned about the overall benefits of taking L.Reuteri probiotic strain and having a balanced micro biome in general. It can have a positive impact on a person's mood, metabolism, brain function, etc is what I learned. So I decided to look for a health supplement that had L.Reuteri in it. I found this one by Nature's Way. I have been taking it for about 6 months now. In between that time I ended up having to take antibiotics unfortunately for another health issue (prescribed by my doctor, who warned me to take probiotics after the finishing the antibiotics to avoid yeast infection). However, immediately upon completing the antibiotics, I returned back to taking this probiotic supplement. Within a few days I noticed the positive effects as I did before when I took it prior to having to take antibiotics. Pre antibiotics I was taking this probiotic supplement and I noticed within a week to a week and a half that my mood improved significantly. My digestion is improving and I have no issues with yeast infections due to the healthy balance of good bacteria in my gut from taking this supplement. What I like about it most is that it includes 2 other extra beneficial bacteria strains, acidophilus and rhamnosus. Suppportive strains. I highly recommend this supplement. I regularly keep it stocked.
