I started using this product of 100 mg of Niacin to try to reduce my migraine headaches. My migraines went from four or five a week to less than three a month. Besides that it also reduced my cholesterol!

This med helps to keep my cholesterol in control. I use it instead if a Staten. Occasionally I get a flush but I am OK with that.

This is a good product. You can take one several times a day or just one. It is NOT NON-FLUSHING, but at 100mg it will rarely cause flushing unless taken on an empty stomach. My wife can attest to that. Glad to know - the flush says you got the right kind of Niacin.

In one bottle have found an empty capsule and tonight found a capsule only 3/4 full. It seems the quality of Nature Way has gone down

Some of the pills give me a rush and some don't. I find this odd.

I wouldn't recommend this product. I've taken another brand of niacin but decided to try this lower dosage. The “ flush” that others have discussed after taking niacin is something I've never experienced. Shortly after taking this, my face, neck, arms, and even ears felt like they were on fire. It was awful. I threw the bottle -minus one capsule- away!
