My goal was to loose weight on this product. I still did not. However, I can't say that it is not worth trying. I am going to purchase another one to see if it works. I may not have exercised enough or may not have given it enough time. I used one bottle that lasted about a month. I took 2 - 3 pills before each meal.

These tablets are okay for the most part. They are intended to make you feel full, but don't really feel like they make a huge difference. The capsules are small which I like. They don't cause any side effects either. I know these work well for some, just not for me personally.

No visible results. Same ingredients as a major formula sold on TV...less expensive by a long shot but saw no results at all!
