Good but small dose
This is a good product that has really helped with energy and calm. However there is only 188 mg per cap. Serving size is 2 caps. I get a good effect from 4 caps twice a day. However at this rate the 100 cap bottle will last less than 2 weeks. I will not buy again but will be buying Swanson's super potent reishi extrat with broken shell spores. It is more expensive but has 500 mg per cap.

This does work
Been using reishi for about three weeks. My appetite is under better control and I finally fit in my size 14 jeans which I haven't been able to squeeze into for years . I will continue with reishi and recommend it anyone looking for way to control their diet with feeling deprived
