If you've ever woken up for no other reason than your entire head and shoulders are soaked with sweat, this may help. I take one in the evening and one in the morning. I can't speak to sleeping better but I can attest that my hot flashes and night sweats are completely gone. I've tried black cohosh supplements on their own and while they do work, it's usually only for a couple of hours. And the best part is that it only took a few days to see full relief.

I'm 37 yrs old and even though my hormones level do not test at me being perimenopausal, the late night night sweats say otherwise. It started in Nov 2011. I got tired of taking sleeping pills to get through the night, because of the zombie affect in the morning. I came across some reviews for Remifemin while searching for an answer to end my agony. Remifemin and the Good NIght formula had excellent reviews. I have been on it now for 3 or 4 months and all I have to say is THANK YOU!!! Yes...this stuff works!! It took about 2 weeks to totally kick in, but now I MAYBE have one attack every couple of weeks. My only complaint about this product is that it comes with 21 tablets. Now if there are a min of 30 days in a month, why would you package this with 21? It makes it a little harder to remember to order, but at least on Swanson you can schedule automatic shipping. If you suffer from night sweats, then this is your answer. Thankfully I haven't had the hot flashes yet, but I hope that if those start, that this too will take care of them.

I started using both the daytime and nightime formulas because my hot flashes were ramping up pretty fast. I wasn't sleeping, had dozens of hot flashes per day, and was hot and sweaty all the time. Not any more! I sleep like a baby, and haven't had even a tinge of a hot flash since the third day of taking the pills. I wish it were cheaper, but it is worth every penny to stay dry, comfortable, and sleep well!

I saw an immediate improvement in the length and quality of sleep I got taking this. I don't forget to take it because I know if I do I won't get as good a night of sleep.

I've been using Remifemin Good Night for several years now. This has really helped ease my hot flashes and night sweats alot. I still get them but they aren't as bad. I would highly recommend this product.

OMG this was a miracle pill for me!!! The flashes were coming in every 2 hours at night! I couldn't get any sleep, then the mood swings started and I was just an all around miserable, crazy, peri-menopausal MESS!! Then a friend recommended Remifemin and the heavens opened, the angels sang and Nicole was a happy, normal girl again...for a few months... then the bloat started setting in and my libido disappeared. I stopped taking and within a week everything went back to normal. Thankfully I am not getting hot flashes all night long...my body temp just seems to have permanently increased to like 110...

This has helped me feel relaxed at night and after a week of taking, I did not wake do to hot flashes. It has not stopped the waking at 3am. This is an expensive product and I am going to try black cohash, which is the main ingredient, to see if I notice any difference.

I tried this over several months and did not notice any help. I think I needed something stronger so take a number of other products separately that do help (i.e., Pueraria Mirifica and Lemon Balm/Passion Flower/Skullcap combo). I also think the tabs tasted terrible/waxy. The individually wrapped tabs is convenient but wasteful and unnecessary.
