I will chew 2 and be peacefully asleep within an hour and will stay that way for 8 to 10 hours. I don't get that groggy feeling and I don't wake up hungover either which is great. As it's becoming winter and so many different viruses are going around I'm thankful it has the extra immune system boosters in it. I definitely recommend this product. Take as directed. It did take an hour on me to work so I took it an hour before bedtime instead of the recommend time.

I had my husband and I take them before bedtime the last few nights. I think they help make it easier to fall asleep. For some reason, I was wide awake at 5:30 this morning. I like how it's sleep and immune support just wish it was better tasting. Actually bought these just because it was both sleep and immune. I would recommend these to others just would warn the taste isn't for me but it may be for others.
