I will chew 2 and be peacefully asleep within an hour and will stay that way for 8 to 10 hours. I don't get that groggy feeling and I don't wake up hungover either which is great. Immune support is a major plus too

It was effective and tasted great, not too tart like some. The texture of the gummies did not get stuck in my teeth like some and loved how they were shaped like elderberries. I also loved how there was so much more than just melatonin such as L-Theanine , lemon balm, passionflower and Vitamin—C. The combination allows for me to take one gummy instead of multiple to achieve the same result!

I had my husband and I take them before bedtime the last few nights. I think they help make it easier to fall asleep. For some reason, I was wide awake at 5:30 this morning.
